As the Employee Relations & Labour Relations Lead for South East Europe and Baltics (SEEB), you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing PepsiCo's labor relations strategy across 16 dynamic markets. With a primary focus on Greece and Cyprus, and a preferred understanding of labor relations frameworks in Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and the Baltic countries, you will lead union negotiations, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture grounded in integrity and collaboration. Additionally, you will serve as the HR Business Partner for Production in Greece, driving strategic HR initiatives and supporting operational excellence across the supply chain.
Employee & Labour Relations
- Lead collective bargaining and negotiations with unions and employee representatives across SEEB.
- Ensure alignment with local labor laws and internal policies in partnership with Legal, Communications, and Public Policy & Government Affairs (PPGA).
- Conduct and conclude internal investigations related to labor relations and Code of Conduct violations, including interviews, documentation, reporting, and follow-up actions.
- Submit monthly compliance and labor relations reports to the Compliance Ethics Committee.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Labor Relations Centers of Excellence to build HR and managerial capabilities in labor relations and employment law.
- Monitor labor relations trends and data to proactively identify and address potential challenges.
HR Business Partner - Production (Greece)
- Partner with Supply Chain leadership and cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Finance, Controlling) to manage headcount, employment costs, and organizational changes.
- Provide strategic HR support on labor relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Drive execution of the annual HR agenda and support transformational initiatives.
- Facilitate career conversations and lead talent management processes to ensure development and retention of key talent.
- Deliver actionable feedback and coaching to managers and employees to enhance performance and engagement.
- Support key HR processes including ratings calibration and annual business planning.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as required by the role, contributing to broader HR and business objectives.
- University degree in Law, Economics, or Human Resources.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations.
- Proven experience in managing union negotiations and complex employee relations cases.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead change.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive, collaborative, and hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution
