As an HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to our business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with our strategic goals. You will lead workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement efforts to support our evolving business needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions that support our growth and transformation
• Develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success and a caring company environment
• Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes genuine care for people, transparency, fairness, inclusion, and employee well-being
• Lead talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives tailored to a dynamic environment
• Actively contribute to the selection, retention and development of talent with initiatives tailored to the company industry demands
• Provide HR guidance on organizational change, performance improvement, and employee development
• Analyze workforce metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize productivity and effectiveness

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a track record of achieving significant results
• University degree in Finance, Management or Engineering is a must
• MSc in HR will be considered a plus
• Strong business acumen and understanding of growth-driven organizations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Autonomous and dynamic personality
• A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to navigate change effectively
