- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and commercial positions — from job posting and sourcing to interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies tailored to the Iberia market, ensuring effective attraction of top talent.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to hiring managers, supporting them throughout the decision-making process with data-driven insights and best practices.
- Drive active sourcing initiatives across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals) to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
- Lead special recruiting projects focused on process optimization, candidate experience, and employer branding.
- Monitor and report key recruiting KPIs, analyzing trends to enhance recruitment performance and efficiency.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, contributing innovative ideas to strengthen Hemmersbach’s global talent acquisition strategy.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience by maintaining communication and support throughout the entire hiring journey.
Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in both Spanish and Portuguese is required
- Recruitment experience is not required! What we’re looking for are motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field. If you’re eager to develop new skills and take on exciting challenges, we’d love to hear from you!
