We are currently looking for an HR Ops Assistant to join the team and report to our HR Ops Manager.
Role Overview
As an HR Ops Assistant, you will contribute to the efficient delivery of HR administrative services by supporting the hiring documentation process and shift schedules updates. You will act as a point of contact between candidates, Hiring Managers, and internal HR teams to facilitate smooth onboarding, manage employee data across HR systems such as Epsilon, Primary, SoftOne, and HRIS, and support scheduling updates in line with labor legislation. Your strong organizational skills and proactive mindset will help ensure operational consistency and compliance across all HR procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison among candidates, Hiring Managers, and the HR department to coordinate contract signing, starting date, and first-day instructions for new joiners.
- Register and set up new hires in the Epsilon, Primary, SoftOne and HRIS platforms, ensuring all employee data is accurately entered and up to date.
- Handle all hiring and employment contract submissions through the ERGANI system, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Manage ERGANI registrations related to student internships.
- Issue employee-related certificates (e.g., employment verification).
- Manage shift schedules and perform necessary updates or modifications in scheduling systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in an HR Operations, HR Administration or similar roles.
- Ability to understand Greek labor law and government systems such as ERGANI
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Epsilon, Primary, and SoftOne is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in Greek and proficiency in English.
- High level of professionalism and strict adherence to confidentiality and data privacy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
