Join Corinth Pipeworks as a Payroll & Benefits Administrator!

 

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about delivering accurate and timely payroll and benefits support?

Corinth Pipeworks is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our HR team at our Plant in Thisvi, Viotia.

In this key role, you will manage payroll processes and ensure smooth administration of employee benefits, supporting our people with precision, care and confidentiality.

Your Role

As a Payroll & Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations and employee benefit programs with accuracy, confidentiality, and full compliance with labor regulations. You’ll support HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, maintain accurate records, liaise with public authorities, and work closely with the Finance team to ensure the smooth and timely execution of all payroll-related activities.

What You’ll Do

  • Collect, review, and process all payroll-related data for employees.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records (new hires, terminations, leaves, etc.).
  • Ensure data accuracy in payroll systems, administrative databases, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage obligations with public authorities (Ergani, Sepenet, Social Security, etc.).
  • Administer employee benefits (private medical insurance, meal vouchers, fuel cards, etc.).
  • Ensure payroll and benefits processes are aligned with legal and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with the Finance department on payroll-related reporting and reconciliation.
  • Keep up to date with labor law and payroll regulation changes.

What We’re Looking For

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • Proven experience in payroll and/or benefits administration, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Sound knowledge of Greek payroll processes and labor law is highly appreciated.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Familiarity with payroll software (SAP knowledge is a plus).
  • Excellent command of English and Greek (spoken & written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and empathy.
