Conrad Corfu
Conrad Corfu, opening in 2026, is the latest addition to the Numo Hotels & Resorts portfolio. More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates, screen CVs, and conduct interviews.
- Support payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate onboarding procedures, induction programs, and employee integration.
- Manage employee housing and ensure smooth operation of accommodation facilities.
- Oversee the employee restaurant’s operation and maintain standards.
- Contribute to special HR initiatives, activities, and events.
- Collect and prepare payroll data for processing; liaise with Payroll for ERGANI compliance.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and schedules.
- Handle employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with Greek labor legislation and internal HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports and support audits.
- Promote employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Support performance and training initiatives.
- Assist in health and safety compliance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in recruitment, training, and payroll administration.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
