Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify, attract, and engage both active and passive candidates to build robust, internal talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Talent Pool Management: Develop and maintain segmented talent pools based on skills, experience, and job types for both permanent and contingent roles.
- Sourcing Strategy & Execution: Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies and campaigns using a variety of tools, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial candidate screening & plan interviews
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sourcing needs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sourcing data and metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and optimize the talent acquisition process, according to this source.
- Employer Branding: Help promote the employer brand through targeted outreach and engagement to attract top talent and become an employer of choice.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current with industry trends, best practices in talent sourcing, and relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency with Sourcing Tools: Expertise in using various recruitment tools, including ATS, social media platforms, and Boolean search techniques.
- Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and execute innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies.
- Knowledge of Recruitment Best Practices: A deep understanding of the talent acquisition lifecycle and how to build effective talent pipelines.
Candidate Profile:
- Advanced level of English
- Expertise in sourcing techniques to attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
- Previous Agency Recruitment experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple sourcing projects and tasks.
- Solid analysis skills to track sourcing metrics, evaluate channel effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
- Problem-solving skills to adapt sourcing strategies and handle urgent hiring needs effectively.
- Technical proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and emerging recruitment technologies.
- Strategic thinking and adaptability to continuously improve sourcing methods and explore new tools, technologies, and partnerships.
