Ανθρώπινο ΔυναμικόKey Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain and audit HR records, payroll data, and employee files
- Monitor HR KPIs and prepare reports for management and external audits
- Assist in workforce planning, budgeting, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Organize training programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives
- Liaise with external partners and regulatory bodies
- Support HR projects such as restructuring, talent development, and succession planning
- Travel abroad for HR audits, onboarding, training, or cross-border coordination
- Participate in corporate compliance initiatives, including NIS2, GDPR, Whistleblowing, and other regulatory frameworks
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or controlling
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication skills and discretion in handling sensitive data
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
