Job description:
At H Hotels Collection we are looking for a proactive and organized HR Officer to manage the recruitment and selection process for our hotel operations. This role ensures the hotel is fully staffed with qualified, service-driven personnel ahead of and during season. You will manage high-volume hiring campaigns, maintain a strong employer brand, and deliver a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the hotel.
- Screen CVs and shortlist applicants based on job criteria and role expectations.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and ensure timely feedback and decisions.
- Manage pre-employment documentation, background checks, and onboarding communications.
- Coordinate logistics for onboarding and settlement of seasonal staff, including accommodation and transportation arrangements.
- Manage the full hiring process, including ERGANI and employment contracts within the timelines.
- Handle day-to-day HR queries and maintain accurate employee records.
- Monitor performance, contract renewals, and departures.
- Promote a positive work environment and support employee engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in HR, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources, accounting or hospitality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS software.
- Experience in managing employee documentation and compliance records.
- Ability to work independently while aligning with HHC standards and to manage deadlines under pressure.
- Proactive with solution-oriented approach to human resources issues.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
