The role:

The Tech Recruiter assists employers to identify, select and recruit staff for their vacancies, and help individuals find and gain appropriate employment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Tech Recruitment (computer science, artificial intelligence, software engineering, and similar fields) and will play a key role in the success of Kariera.gr’s tech hiring projects. The recruiter's role is the vital link between candidates and clients and building relationships and it involves attracting candidates by uploading job posts and using LinkedIn, screening candidates, interviewing and selecting suitable professionals to put forward to client companies.

 

Responsibilities:

The Tech Recruiter we are looking for, will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and scout candidates through job postings, LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit to meet clients’ expectations and present shortlists (CVs and evaluations).
  • Coordinating interview schedules, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders and building strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and culture.
  • Providing timely feedback to all parties involved throughout the recruitment process.
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on strategic recruitment initiatives, ensuring high visibility, strong influence on key decisions, and significant potential for professional growth within a high-impact, fast-evolving talent function
  • Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting company objectives.

Requirements

  • Sc. in Human Resources / Business or related fields of study.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment agencies and 1 year as a Tech Recruiter
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work proactively within a team
  • Confident and results-driven personality
  • Good knowledge of the english language
