Compensation & Benefits Manager
About the Role
We’re seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compensation structures, benefits programs, and reward strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. This role ensures all practices are competitive, fair, compliant with labor laws, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
How you will contribute:
- Lead end-to end payroll operations across all entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, while establishing strong internal controls and audit practices to mitigate risk.
- Design and manage annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive plans, using data -driven insights to balance competitiveness, fairness, and cost effectiveness.
- Oversee vendor relationships and system integrations negotiating contracts and driving system optimization to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and benefits regulations across jurisdictions, monitoring legislative changes and proactively adjusting processes to reduce compliance risks.
- Manage benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness, insurance), evaluating plan performance and employee utilization to recommend enhancements that improve value and employee experience.
- Provide actionable reporting and analytics on payroll, compensation, and benefits costs, delivering insights that support strategic decision-making, workforce planning, and budget forecasting.
- Drive continuous improvement by leading process redesign, automation, and digitization initiatives, enhancing efficiency while reducing errors and administrative workload.
What You Will Bring:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in payroll and/or total rewards
- Deep expertise in payroll operations, with strong knowledge of compliance requirements, tax, and labor regulations across jurisdictions.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems with the ability to optimize processes and ensure data integrity.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation, tax laws, and HR best practices.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail, comfortable working with large datasets, conducting audits, and generating actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence across HR, Finance, and leadership teams.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in managing sensitive payroll and employee information.
