We’re looking for an HR & Payroll Administrator to join team_meidanis!

In this role, you’ll ensure payroll accuracy and compliance, support employees in their day-to-day needs, and help foster a culture of trust, growth, and engagement.
What You'll Be Rensposible For?
- Preparing payroll data (rosters, leave, sick days, salary advances, etc.).
- Managing Digital Work Card & ERGANI II processes (hiring, terminations, contract updates, documentation).
- Administering employee benefits (private health insurance, family allowances, fuel cards, company vehicles, etc.).
- Ensuring compliance with labor and social security regulations.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and updating HRIS systems.
- Creating HR reports for management.
- Coordinating with Occupational Health & Safety providers.
- Overseeing equipment certifications and uniform distribution.
- Supporting CSR initiatives and company events (e.g., blood donations, etc.).
- Acting as a focal point for payroll and HR-related queries, ensuring employees receive the necessary support.
- Gradually expand into broader HR functions, such as recruitment, employee benefits, etc, based on interest and business needs.
What we're Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or related field -Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a structured HR department.
- Solid understanding of labor law, social security, and payroll practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll systems (e.g., Pylon, Epsilon, SoftOne, SAP).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- A collaborative team player with problem-solving skills, ownership and a strong sense of confidentiality.
