Responsibilities:

• Stays informed, implements and acts in accordance with the applicable policies and processes, as a member of the team of Human Resources of Conventional Production at PPC
• Contributes to the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures throughout the employee lifecycle within the company
• Supports staffing and personnel development processes (Job description creation and qualification definition, mainly for technical specialties, personnel selection, interviews), as well as the smooth onboarding of new employees into the organization
• Participates in the implementation of policies related to training and development, as well as in the evaluation of employee performance management
• Records issues in the business areas of their activity and collaborates with the responsible HR teams to resolve them
• Monitors metrics and indicators of progress and change to support solutions and practices based on information analysis
• Designs and communicates relevant reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a University
• Master’s degree in Human Resource will be considered an additional qualification
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a related field, ideally in HR Business Partner roles
• Experience in large companies or corporate groups will be considered an additional qualification
• Advanced level of composing business presentations and reports will be considered an additional qualification
• Advanced level of information analysis and action plan design will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge of HRMS systems (SAP HRMS and/or SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday, etc.) will be considered an additional qualification
• Excellent knowledge of the English language 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet 
• Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
