Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as a Junior IT Business Analyst (Agile)in Netcompany ?
Joining us as a Junior IT Business Analyst (Agile), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with the needs of our high-profile EU and Public Sector clients. Your expertise will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful implementation of agile methodologies and IT solutions.
As a Junior IT Business Analyst you will be involved in:
- Agile Facilitation: Facilitate Agile practices (Scrum/ Kanban) to ensure smooth collaboration between teams
- Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals. Participate in customer workshops to gather business requirements and perform fit/gap analysis
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are clearly communicated and expectations are accurately reflected in the deliverables
- System Customization: Map user requirements to system capabilities, configure software modules, and coordinate customizations with the development team
- Sprint Planning & Reviews: Participate in sprint planning, and reviews, ensuring the development process stays on track and aligns with stakeholder objectives
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement within the team and the broader project, proposing solutions that enhance efficiency and delivery speed
- User Testing: Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, assisting with execution, and ensuring that business requirements are met
- Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and status reports for stakeholders and project teams
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relative discipline; a Master's degree in these areas and advanced certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO) are desirable
- 0-1 year of professional experience as a Business Analyst, particularly with large-scale software implementation projects for European Institutions or the Public Sector
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), and Business Rules Management, will be considered as a plus
- Strong client-facing skills combined with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and proficient presentation abilities
- Excellent organizational capabilities with attention to detail
- Fast learning skills and quick adaptation to complex business environments
- Fluency in the English language
