Key Areas of Responsibility
- Deals and prepares employees data related to presences, absences, sickness, overtimes etc in comparison with working schedules submitted to Labor Authorities.
- Assures the above mentioned data incorporated in payroll calculation process ontime and accuratelly.
- Responsible for all issues related to Digital Card (deadlines included).
- Prepares and submit shifts schedules and all the changes related to those.
- Submits on time to Labor Authorities the daily overtimes.
- Prepares reports reflecting KPI's within the area of responsibility (Turnover, absenteeism, overtimes, annual holidays etc).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and labor legislation.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports.
- Responsible for the preparation and submission to Labor Authorities of the monthly/yearly Annual Leaves plan.
- Contacts Labor Authorities to clarify new legislation prior to their implementation.
- Participate in EMEA HR projects and initiatives.
Required Skills
- University degree in HR/ Economics/ Business Administration.
- 3 years of professional experience in a relevant position.
- Previous experience in a multinational environment will be considered as a plus.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially excel and power point).
- Fluency in English.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation.
- Ability to co-operate effectively with colleagues across all levels.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation.
- Team player with very good communication skills.
- Ability to set priorities.
- Time management.
