Key Responsibilities:

• Create and publish job ads, leveraging multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking).
• Identify, approach, and screen candidates across all seniority levels, using networking, sourcing tools, and headhunting techniques.
• Conduct interviews, assess skills and cultural fit, prepare shortlists and present qualified candidates to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies, understanding their culture and business needs, while providing consultative support to hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by preparing candidates for interviews, offering feedback and guiding them through the recruitment process.

Qualifications: 

• 1–2 years of experience in a role of responsibility (ideally in recruitment, HR or sales role).
• MSc degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields will be considered a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, confident, results-driven and energetic personality.
• Fluency in Greek and good command of English.
• Familiarity with MS Office and ability to adapt to digital tools.
