Πλήρης απασχόλησηUnison is looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in creating and delivering training programs. The role focuses on supporting employee development, improving skills across the organization, and contributing to a positive learning culture.
The Learning & Development Specialist will be a key contributor in shaping a culture of growth and capability across the organization. Reporting directly to the HR Manager and based at our Head Offices in Paiania, this role will design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning initiatives that strengthen employee skills, support career development, and drive organizational performance.
Key Accountabilities
- Create innovative training programs that accelerate employee growth and enhance organizational performance, based on employees needs.
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual learning sessions that inspire participation and drive lasting impact.
- Coordinate and deliver new hire onboarding programs that create a strong first impression, ensure smooth integration, and accelerate time-to-productivity.
- Collaborate closely with the HR manager, managers and leaders to anticipate skill gaps and design solutions that meet real business needs.
- Introduce cutting-edge digital & Artificial Intelligence Learning tools and platforms to make learning accessible, interactive, and future-focused.
- Track and evaluate program outcomes to demonstrate measurable results and continuously raise the bar.
- Maintain accurate training records, track employee progress, and prepare reports that highlight learning outcomes and compliance status.
- Manage training schedules, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless execution of all learning and development initiatives.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in learning and development, training, or a related HR function.
- Proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools is desired.
- Strong analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and report on outcomes.
