Role:

• Handle end-to-end recruiting on a global level
• Develop recruiting strategies for specific fields
• Consult business on hiring: who/where/when?
• Take the lead for special projects
• Provide KPI updates

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience (or equivalent) in recruiting field
• Native level in Spanish & B2 in English
• Great communication skills
• High level of self-organization
• Hands-on and can-do mentality
