Ανθρώπινο ΔυναμικόThe Kariera.Group Recruitment Services team is seeking, on behalf of its client in the field of accounting and tax consulting services, a Payroll Administrator for Glyfada.
Key Responsibilities
- Close cooperation with customers regarding their payroll issues
- Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system
- Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper
- Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from customers
- Process taxes
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in payroll
- University degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in English
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
- Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Epsilon Software)
- Excellent communication skills
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
