Position Overview:

ERMA FIRST is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring top talent in a variety of technical and non-technical roles. You will play a pivotal role in helping us build a strong team to support our growing organization and innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify qualified candidates for open positions
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers to candidates
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant team members
  • Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Ensure diverse candidate pools are actively sought and contribute to Erma Tech Group’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and knowledge of various sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
