Zakcret Sports SA one of the leading sport retailers in Greece, with 36 stores and 4 e-shops, more than 500 employees and an extremely dynamic Line performance, is looking for an HR/ Payroll Assistant based at our headquarters in Spata, Attica.

 Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in payroll, by preparing relevant data, using, also, HRM software.
  • Prepare, update, and submit employees work schedules in ERGANI II.
  • Perform the daily administrative tasks.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

Qualifications/ Competencies

  • University degree, in business administration, human resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ work experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with the ERGANI II information system.
  • Knowledge of Epsilon net's PYLON HRM system will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • English knowledge (written and oral).

  • Be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Great attention to detail and a team player.
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
