As a Payroll Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for AB Vassilopoulos. You will use your expertise in payroll systems and data analytics to support payroll operations, compliance, and reporting. Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and collaborative approach will help us deliver a positive employee experience and maintain our standards of operational excellence.
What You Will Focus On
- Process payroll transactions accurately and on time, in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Utilize Scan HRMS-ESS payroll software for data entry, validation, and payroll reporting.
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports using business intelligence (B.I.) tools and support payroll data analytics.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
- Support the preparation of payroll-related documentation for internal and external audits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll best practices, compliance requirements, and regulatory changes.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for payroll processes and technology adoption.
- Support the monthly payroll closing process by performing relevant tasks and reconciliations.
- Support time & attendancesystem, ensuring timely and accurate entry of employee work hours, absences, and leave requests.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects and contribute to system improvements as needed.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in payroll software Scan HRMS-ESS.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data analytics for payroll reporting (B.I.).
- Proficiency in English language (written and spoken).
