Senior Learning Business Partner (Attica)

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, evaluates and prioritizes the training needs of employees within the areas of their responsibility
  • Ensures alignment of training objectives with the Group’s business objectives and strategic priorities
  • Communicates and coordinates the Departments to understand specialized training needs
  • Collaborates with training providers to meet training needs and evaluates them based on quality, timelines and deliverables
  • Designs and implements appropriate strategies, policies and procedures in the field of employee training
  • Proposes the introduction of modern methodologies, techniques, tools and best practices in the field of training
  • Ensures the implementation and monitoring of procedures and policies related to employee training
  • Prepares the annual training plan for the Group
  • Develops a plan of targeted actions aimed at optimizing training processes
  • Monitors the implementation of training programs and training indicators and plans targeted interventions
  • Ensures that training expenses are aligned with the current budget
  • Ensures and coordinates training programs with all parties involved (Departments, staff, providers, etc.)
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs based on feedback reports
  • Supports initiatives related to employee engagement and the Group’s culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a University
  • Master's degree in HR or Business Administration will be considered an additional qualification
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in coordinating training programs, developing training and employee development plans within a structured HR department of large and complex organizations
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of HRMS/LMS systems will be considered an additional qualification
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
