You have a challenging mission to: 

Implement and support Nova’s Compensation and Benefits plan and keep it aligned with Company objectives.

What you will do:

• Support and communicate employee benefits such as life & medical plan, check-up, employee offers in company services, wellness program and ad-hoc projects
• Review bonus calculations based on KPIs, and ensure payouts are accurate and on time
• Analyze and monitor staff costs to ensure we stay on track with our goals and budget on a monthly basis
• Benchmark external / internal candidates with market 
• Keep our rewards in line with industry best practices and trends 

It would be great if you have:

• 2 – 4 years of previous experience in HR Compensation & Benefits roles
• Bachelor or Master's degree in HR or Economic studies
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• Experience with HRMS systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information accordingly 
• Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written)
