Duties and responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Review applications and resume and screen candidates’ profiles.Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with legal and internal policies
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g. absences, bonuses, leaves
- Ensure all employment documents are compliant with legal requirements.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts and offer letters.
- Help with the coordination of employee training sessions or workshops.
- Participate in audits and reporting as required by internal or external authorities
- Assist with training and development programs
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed (e.g. headcount, turnover, leave balances)
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and organizational guidelines

Qualifications/Experience
- At least one year’s experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Based in Athens and Santorini
- Excellent English & Greek language with the ability to write and speak effectively.
