HR Administrator 

Advantage FSE is seeking a detail-oriented, organized and proactive HR Administrator to join our People & Culture Department.  In this position, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining up to date records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

Accounting Support 

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. 
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation. 
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes. 
  • Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs. 
  • Support the payroll preparation process.   
  • Manage and track employee leave, attendance, and benefits administration. 
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events. 
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and requests. 
  • File and manage confidential personnel documents both digitally and physically. 
  • Coordinate and arrange travel and accommodation. 

 

What do your qualifications look like? 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator (2–5 years preferred). 
  • Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices. 
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. 
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information. 
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Our Selection Process
