HR Business Partner Thessaloniki

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate HR Business Partner for our Thessaloniki site, eager to support our people, strengthen our culture, and drive the implementation of our HR strategy.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Supports, develops, and executes the HR agenda, both tactical and strategic.
  • Leads People Development initiatives in Supply Chain, identifying skill gaps and driving learning plans.
  • Promotes company culture across Supply Chain departments and manages the people agenda proactively.
  • Participates in and/or coordinates HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, rewards and recognition, performance management, and internal communication.
  • Builds strong internal and external relationships, including with the local community, managing stakeholders effectively.
  • Participates in cross-functional projects and events, supporting the implementation of training plans and e-learning modules.

Requirements:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources (a Master’s degree is considered an asset).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 in HR Business Partnering or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Greek employment law, HR processes, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong MS Office proficiency.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn, valuing experience, data, and insights as vital business assets for success.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and a commitment to safety, growth, and learning.
  • Has some experience in managing industrial (labor) relations.
