We are seeking an experienced HR Director for our 5-star hotel to lead the human resources function, who will bring strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a people-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Develop and enforce HR policies in compliance with local labor laws
• Manage workforce planning and seasonal hiring strategies
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and professional development
• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with company values

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, with leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of Greek labor law and HR best practices
• Experience managing a diverse and seasonal workforce
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluent in Greek and English
