Delfi Partners is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Athens. 

Responsibilities: 

• Create and post engaging job ads on professional sites, job boards, and social media to attract qualified candidates. 

• Participate in proactive candidate sourcing efforts, including database searches and networking. 

• Assist hiring teams in screening CVs and identifying qualified applicants. 

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, calls, and assessments between candidates and hiring managers. 

• Conduct in-person and virtual interviews for a wide range of roles. 

• Maintain candidate communication and follow-up throughout all stages of the recruitment process. 

• Promote a positive and professional candidate experience. 

• Track and update the status of open positions using appropriate tools and systems. 

• Participate in recruitment events and employer branding initiatives. 

• Undertake any other HR-related duties assigned by the management, including compliance checks and documentation. 

Requirements: 

• BSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment or international company. 

• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques. 

• Understanding of Greek labor law and hiring requirements is a strong asset. 

• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written. 

• Proficiency in MS Office. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

• High level of confidentiality, trustworthiness, and professionalism. 

• Critical thinking and organizational abilities.
