Mellon Technologies seeks to hire an HR Assistant
The HR Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. Manages various HR tasks, maintains records, and assists with payroll processes, ensuring the smooth functioning of the department.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining employee records, including personnel files, employment contracts, and other relevant documentation
- Management of attendance and leave records
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR will be considered as a plus
- Interested in pursuing a career in the payroll section
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic and confident with the ability to work within a team environment
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under time pressure
- High level of Microsoft Excel skills
