🔍 Role Overview

As an Employee Services Specialist, you will support day-to-day HR operations, acting as a reliable point of contact for employees. You’ll manage onboarding and offboarding procedures, maintain employee records, and help enforce internal HR policies and procedures. The role also involves HR reporting, contributing to HR analytics, and supporting data accuracy in HR systems—all within a fast-paced logistics environment that values structure, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and leavers
✔ Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in HRIS systems
✔ Provide first-line support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
✔ Ensure compliance with Greek labor laws and internal regulations
✔ Support the implementation and communication of HR policies across departments
✔ Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics for internal use and management review
✔ Participate in the rollout and daily management of digital HR tools, including the Digital Work Card
✔ Support the preparation and monitoring of the annual HR budget
✔ Collaborate with Finance and Payroll to ensure data accuracy and consistency
✔ Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information

🔹 Ideal Profile
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role
✔ Proficiency in MS Office—particularly Excel; experience with Epsilon Net HRIS is a strong plus
✔ Excellent organizational and time-management skills
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
✔ Fluency in Greek and good command of English (written and verbal)
✔ Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and work independently
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
