🔍 Role Overview

As a Payroll & Employee Services Specialist, you will ensure timely and accurate in-house payroll processing, support employee lifecycle activities, and serve as a reliable point of contact for HR-related queries. You will also contribute to HR analytics, employee benefits administration, and the implementation of digital HR tools, including the Digital Work Card , while also supporting the annual HR budget planning process.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Execute and review end-to-end in-house payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
✔ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
✔ Coordinate and align working hours with third-party providers (3PPs)
✔ Administer employee benefits, bonuses, leave, and attendance tracking
✔ Handle all employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers)
✔ Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, policies, and procedures
✔ Support HR reporting and analytics, including key payroll and workforce metrics
✔ Participate in the implementation and management of the Digital Work Card system
✔ Assist with the preparation and monitoring of the annual HR budget

🔹 Ideal Profile

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ MSc in Human Resources will be considered a strong asset
✔ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
✔ Solid knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems – experience with Epsilonnet Pylon is desirable
✔ Fluency in English, both written and verbal
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills
✔ High level of accuracy and attention to detail
✔ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
✔ In-depth understanding of Greek labor law and payroll procedures
✔ Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team
