ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a leading services provider company, is seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager.

HR Manager (5923/HRM/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll, HR budget, and employee benefits to ensure accuracy, cost-efficiency, and compliance.
• Ensure alignment with labor laws, represent the company before authorities, and manage audits and inspections.
• Foster a positive work environment through employee relations, conflict resolution, and promotion of company values.
• Lead performance management, training, and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational goals.
• Develop and implement HR policies, monitor key HR metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to health, safety, and ESG initiatives.

Requirements:

• University-level education required, along with a master’s degree in HRM.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in well-established HR departments.
• Hands-on experience across all areas of HR, including payroll, employee relations, HR operations and performance management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Greek and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and ethical judgment.
