The President Hotel seeks to cover the position of: Payroll Specialist

Key Accountabilities of the Role:

  • Job management (hiring, contracts, licenses, work programs, etc.)
  • Data entry and calculation - payroll version
  • Communication and payment of liabilities to insurance funds and public services ("Ergani" etc.)
  • Submission of data to public agencies
  • Keeping a personal record
  • General payroll support and processes
  • Keeping Staff Records
  • Issue and control of the timing data of the company.
  • Generating and presenting timekeeping statistics, employment and payroll reporting.
  • Keeping the department and employees informed of changes and developments in labor or insurance legislation.
  • Rental staff check (working hours, contracts)
  • Construction works
  • Registration of Payroll Accounting

Candidate Profile:

  • 4-6 years of experience in payroll administration or another relevant role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or another relevant field
  • Knowledge of use of Ergani system
  • PC and payroll systems literate
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately, with high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Digital Work Card procedures and requirements
  • Teamwork mentality and agility
