Key Accountabilities of the Role:
- Job management (hiring, contracts, licenses, work programs, etc.)
- Data entry and calculation - payroll version
- Communication and payment of liabilities to insurance funds and public services ("Ergani" etc.)
- Submission of data to public agencies
- Keeping a personal record
- General payroll support and processes
- Keeping Staff Records
- Issue and control of the timing data of the company.
- Generating and presenting timekeeping statistics, employment and payroll reporting.
- Keeping the department and employees informed of changes and developments in labor or insurance legislation.
- Rental staff check (working hours, contracts)
- Construction works
- Registration of Payroll Accounting
Candidate Profile:
- 4-6 years of experience in payroll administration or another relevant role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or another relevant field
- Knowledge of use of Ergani system
- PC and payroll systems literate
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately, with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with Digital Work Card procedures and requirements
- Teamwork mentality and agility
