Profile:
A motivated and proactive Recruiter with proven experience in talent acquisition or executive search, dedicated to managing recruitment projects focused on the Romanian market. This role involves close collaboration with the Country Manager in Romania to ensure seamless communication, smooth coordination, and successful execution across diverse industries. Native or near-native Romanian proficiency and strong English skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Engagement
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.
2.Search Strategy Development
- Work with clients and colleagues to create comprehensive search strategies, outlining key milestones and timelines.
- Define search parameters and success criteria.
3.Talent Sourcing & Identification
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through various sourcing techniques (e.g. direct search, LinkedIn, referrals).
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
4.Candidate Evaluation
- Screen and assess candidate profiles based on project requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Present shortlists of top-tier candidates, including detailed candidate profiles and recommendations.
5.Recruitment Project Support
- Support the execution of recruitment assignments in both the Romanian and Greek markets.
- Contribute to project updates, reporting, and coordination of deliverables.
6.Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Guide candidates through the interview process and manage their expectations, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
7.Market Research & Insights
- Stay updated on market trends, industry movements, and talent availability in Romania and other relevant markets.
- Use insights to enhance sourcing strategies and provide added value to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
- Native or near-native level of Romanian is essential.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Excellent research and candidate sourcing capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- High level of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently on multiple assignments.
- Collaborative team player with a professional and discreet approach.
