Key responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end payroll process with accuracy and confidentiality

Ensure full compliance with Greek labor legislation, collective agreements, and internal company policies

Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentation

Handle employee inquiries related to earnings, deductions, benefits, and taxation

Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and proper reporting

Monitor and implement updates related to payroll law and regulatory changes
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing, ideally within the hospitality industry

Excellent knowledge of Pylon or Business HRM payroll systems is essential

Strong understanding of Greek labor law, payroll tax regulations, and reporting requirements

Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll tools

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Strong attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills
