Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process with accuracy and confidentiality

• Ensure full compliance with Greek labor legislation, collective agreements, and internal company policies

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentation

• Handle employee inquiries related to earnings, deductions, benefits, and taxation

• Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and proper reporting

• Monitor and implement updates related to payroll law and regulatory changes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing, ideally within the hospitality industry

• Excellent knowledge of Pylon or Business HRM payroll systems is essential

• Strong understanding of Greek labor law, payroll tax regulations, and reporting requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll tools

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills
