The ideal candidate will be a passionate HR leader with a proven track record in the hospitality industry, dedicated to enhancing employee experience and engagement while managing effective HR strategies aligned with the hotel's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent for all departments.
• Develop and implement training programs to foster employee growth and ensure high standards of service.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and induction processes.
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Manage performance appraisals and employee feedback processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
• Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek will be an advantage.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
