Your Role

As People Officer, you will:

• Lead the development and execution of ERMA FIRST’s global people strategy.
• Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being.
• Oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), employee engagement,training plans,  performance review and total rewards.
• Drive organizational change and transformation as ERMA FIRST continues its international expansion.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, employee relations, and culture evolution.
• Perform HR marketing for the acquitison of talents.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record as a senior HR leader (preferably in a high-growth, international organization).
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational excellence.
• Deep expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, and change management.
• Passion for innovation, sustainability, and creating people-centric cultures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR Management, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field is highly desirable.
• Global or multinational experience strongly preferred.
