Ανθρώπινο ΔυναμικόOur client, a well-established company in the Oil and Gas industry, seeks to recruit an Human Resources Generalist.
Main Responsibilities
- Supports the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manages the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessments
- Coordinates onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless employee transitions
- Oversees performance reviews, feedback sessions, and employee development tracking
- Organizes training programs, workshops, and career development initiatives
- Handles compensation and benefit plans
- Prepares and reviews payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Maintains employee records in compliance with legal and company policies
- Executes HR functions such as internal communication, employee engagement, and corporate events
- Oversees employees’ expenses and cost savings
- Handles employee lifecycle administration, including hiring, exits, and transitions
- Ensures compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations
- Manages disciplinary and grievance procedures with professionalism
- Tracks HR market trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or relevant field
- MSc in HRM will be considered an advantage
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a HR Generalist or in relevant role
- Experience in unions will be considered a strong plus
- Familiarity with HR functions (recruitment, learning & development, compensation & benefits, performance management)
- Knowledge of the Ergani, Sepenet and timekeeping systems
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to cooperate at all levels
- Outstanding organisational & multitasking skills
- Strong analytical skills & numerical understanding
- High levels of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
