During your tenure as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:
 
  • Support the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to evaluating and interviewing them for our job openings;
  • Design and post job adverts for internal and external channels and various job boards
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews and support all stages of the hiring process (job posts, assessments, job offers, etc.);
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a proactive approach to future hiring needs using innovative recruitment techniques and tools;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to build and grow their teams, ensuring all people’s decisions are based on data;
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on recruitment metrics to guide decision-making;
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other employer branding activities with universities and other organizations to support our recruitment efforts and build our company’s brand;
  • Brainstorm on reinventing how work is done, provide new ideas and suggestions to the team, and drive initiatives and activities;
  • Support Talent Acquisition Team in other related HR initiatives as needed.

The ideal candidate would be a bright and enthusiastic professional who delivers high-quality work, commits to high levels of service, and can build strong relationships. We seek motivated individuals with innovative thinking and a unique perspective to bring to our HR team.
 
To qualify for the role, you must have:
 
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role;
  • A proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles and levels;
  • An academic background related to Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology, or a relevant field;
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases;
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills (English & Greek);
  • Ability to work independently and within a team;
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information;
  • Willingness to invest time in personal knowledge and competency development;
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • People-oriented mindset, with empathy and positive attitude.
