Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for permanent and seasonal positions including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and guiding candidates from application to offer.
• Provide a positive experience for candidates through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
• Design and execute effective internal HR policies and procedures
• Promotes a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Manage external relationships with agencies, recruiting partners and universities.
• Ensuring compliance with Greek employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
• Identification of training needs and organization of training activities.
• Support the development and implementation of professional development plans for employees.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR actions are aligned with business goals.
• Processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay
• Updating data on ERGANI II (recruitment, departures, schedule, changes, overtime, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• At least 3-5 years of proven work experience as an Hr Generalist.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of ERGANI II
• Knowledge of employment legislation and procedures
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality, attention to detail and numerical literacy
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize
• Experience with ERP’s & HRMS programs would be considered.
• Excellent command of MS-Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Team player, enthusiastic & positive personality.
