Ανθρώπινο ΔυναμικόMain Responsibilities:
- Participates in the daily execution of the functions and duties of the Human Resources department and in the preparation of the payroll, providing relevant data
- Ensure third party payroll providers process the requested changes timely and accurately
- Undertakes the entire cycle of employment cycle: updating and sending of contract renewals, clarifying payroll issues, absence management etc.
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, policies etc.
- Manage hiring/ termination process and prepares necessary documents
- Update employees’ records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Create and submit reports regarding HR Metrics and KPIs
- Create and maintain accurate employee personnel files, records, and documentation
- Communicates with public services when necessary and oversees the implementation of labor law
- Assisting in the recruitment and interview processes
- Support and participate in internal communication actions & employer branding activities
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 to 4 years of working experience in HR operations department
- Knowledge and administration of ERGANI
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration skills (organizational and time management)
- Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Additional requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources
- Familiarity with HRMS software
- Thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
