Human Recourses Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the daily execution of the functions and duties of the Human Resources department and in the preparation of the payroll, providing relevant data
  • Ensure third party payroll providers process the requested changes timely and accurately
  • Undertakes the entire cycle of employment cycle: updating and sending of contract renewals, clarifying payroll issues, absence management etc.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, policies etc.
  • Manage hiring/ termination process and prepares necessary documents
  • Update employees’ records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Create and submit reports regarding HR Metrics and KPIs
  • Create and maintain accurate employee personnel files, records, and documentation
  • Communicates with public services when necessary and oversees the implementation of labor law
  • Assisting in the recruitment and interview processes
  • Support and participate in internal communication actions & employer branding activities

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 to 4 years of working experience in HR operations department
  • Knowledge and administration of ERGANI
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong administration skills (organizational and time management)
  • Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality

 

Additional requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources
  • Familiarity with HRMS software
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
