KG Law Firm, a leading and innovative Greek law firm, recognized as one of the largest  and most prestigious multidisciplinary law firms in Greece, is seeking to recruit a dynamic and driven Human Resources Professional to join our HR team.

Main responsibilities:

• Monitor HR market transformations, trends and local legislative changes
• Update and develop HR policies and procedures based on feedback and HR insights
• Facilitate the recruitment process
• Secure smooth execution of onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Supervise and identify key interventions in the recruiting, performance management, and training databases
• Design and implement learning and development programs
• Utilize HR metrics and data to support decision-making and anticipate trends
• Measure the impact of HR programs and initiatives
• Manage and oversee compensation & benefits programs
• Ensure regulatory compliance for payroll, absence data and workplace conditions
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee and external partners queries
• Collaborate with the marketing department on Employer Branding activities

Main Qualifications / Personal Characteristics:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Master’s Degree or professional certification in HR is highly desirable
• Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Analytical and drafting skills, clear and concise writing, attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
