As part of the HR team, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks with regard to all HR processes and policies. You will contribute to the successful operation of our function, aiming at offering top-notch service to our internal customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the hiring process e.g. prepare job offers and employment contracts, inform the payroll provider and update HRIS system.
  • Conduct on-boarding and off-boarding process.
  • Maintain personnel records in HRIS and other internal tools and manage HR documents and folders according to internal processes.
  • Prepare error-free reports in a timely manner, by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Support the payroll process by providing accurate data to external payroll provider, ensuring compliance with labour legislation.
  • Administer Comp & Ben according to company processes.
  • Engage in Human Resources initiatives aiming to improve employee experience.
  • Provide support to employees and management in various HR related topics and create and maintain a positive relationship with colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance to all existing HR policies, processes and practices and revise when necessary.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management /Psychology /Business Administration or other similar field.
  • 1-2 years of generalist experience in Human Resources department in a multinational environment or in an HR/payroll services provider.
  • Excellent Excel & PowerPoint command (MS Office).
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Familiar with ERGANI II platform.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively interact with all levels within the company.
  • Self-motivated and team player.
  • Eager to learn and grow with a positive attitude.
