About the role

There is currently a job opening “Payroll Support Assistant” in the HR Payroll Department. As a Payroll Support Assistant, you will contribute in maintaining the seamless daily functioning of the company's compensation and benefits program. If you possess a knack for working with numbers and have a strong enthusiasm for enhancing business operations, this role is for you. 

What you will do:

  • Conduct the hiring process and generate employment contracts
  • Upload files to ERGANI for various purposes such as new hires, resignations, and annual & monthly work schedules
  • Update the payroll software (SAP) with attendance, timer, and leave-related data and coordinating with internal stakeholders as needed
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll software, incorporating information that impacts monthly payroll
  • Compile, generate and distribute documents upon request from employees
  • Create and manage current records of employee benefits

 

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or Accounting or any other relevant field 
  • Relevant experience will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Fluency in oral and written English

And you have competence in:

  • Committing strongly to guidelines and procedures 
  • Thinking in an analytical and structured way 
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships at all levels and across departments 
  • Multitasking, organizing, and managing time effectively, while paying attention to detail 
  • Taking initiative and assuming responsibility 
  • Demonstrating strong sense of integrity
