ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of its client, one of the largest companies in the field of Logistics with a diverse clientele that includes many of the largest and well-known Greek and multinational companies, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Generalist to join their team.

HR Generalist (5540/HRG/ESS/GR)

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in the organization by overseeing all aspects of Learning and Organization Development functions. This position involves developing and implementing training programs based on company’s strategies and policies and is responsible for measuring and improving employees’ engagement, managing administrative employees, and ensuring developing talent within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies to foster transparency and engagement across the organization.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
  • Drive organizational development efforts to support the company's strategic objectives.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process, provide guidance to managers and employees, and facilitate performance discussions.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Implement retention strategies and initiatives to promote employee loyalty and reduce turnover.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, training plans, and other employee perks.
  • Address employee concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Mediate conflicts and provide guidance on HR-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification will be considered as a plus).
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in human resources roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proficient with MS Office and HR Systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dynamic personality with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
