Location: Athens, Greece 

Hybrid Work Model

Reports To: HR Director Greece & Global HRBP IT

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Manage and maintain payroll records, including employee benefits deductions, garnishments, and other related items.

  • Supports the maintenance of the HRIS and ensures validity of the data. 

  • Supports with his/her input the detailed monthly periodic declarations (APD) to the e-EFKA.

  • Participates in the process of data entry & control of payroll activities (timesheets, ERGANI system and statements to Public Authorities).

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters promptly and professionally.

  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

  • Conduct analysis on payroll data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain HR analytics, including KPIs and dashboards, to support strategic decision-making.

  • Assist in budget planning and monitoring for HR-related expenses.

  • Support HR projects and initiatives

  • Provide support in recruitment processes, onboarding, and offboarding activities as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.

  • Experience of both inhouse and outsourced payroll will be a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Experience in using HRIS (experience on Workday will be considered as an asset)

  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
