Ανθρώπινο ΔυναμικόOur client, a Luxury Resort located in Santorini, seeks to recruit an HR Manager.
Main responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Conducts employee onboarding and helps organize training & development initiatives.
- Initiates competency appraisals and provides needed trainings or supports during implementation of the initiative; reviews results and suggests development plans for all employees.
- Manages benefits and compensation programs.
- Collaborates with 3rd parties for payroll processes and provide them with the relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
- Drives diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
- Analyzes manpower needs in the operations, screens, conducts interviews and recommends candidates for vacancies, where needed.
- Works closely with General Manager and department heads to resolve employee issues and relations.
- Counsels and advises employees regarding work, family, or personal problems that may be affecting performance or engagement.
- Develops and implements human resource policies.
- Enhances job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organization Development or relevant field.
- MSc in HRM will be considered an advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HRBP or HR Manager.
- Working experience in hospitality industry will be considered as a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
- Excellent command of the English language; both written and oral.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to lead, mentor, and motivate employees.
- Solid understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
