We are seeking a Talent Management & Development Analyst with a strong numerical background. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data to identify trends, provide strategic recommendations, and support decision-making related to talent management and development initiatives.   

  • During your tenure, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to: 
  •  Analyze talent and development data (e.g. employee engagement, performance & development) to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive informed decision-making and strategic planning;
  • Develop and maintain reports to track key talent metrics;
  • Conduct talent assessments;
  •  Manage employee engagement surveys and analyze results to drive improvements;
  •  Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide support;
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of talent development programs;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making;
  • Lead project management & key objectives of the Talent & Development team.

Ideally, to qualify for the role you should have:

  • No specific academic background is required, but a change mindset and strong project management skills;
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound business recommendations;
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills;
  • Enjoy working in team and collaborating with others, but also being able to work with autonomy, if needed.
