ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of its client, a well-known Retail company in the Fashion industry, is looking for a driven professional for the position of the HR Business Partner.

HR Business Partner – Retail (5364/HRBP/ESS/GR)

 
This is a great opportunity for a motivated HR Professional to have the strategic oversight of human resources in the company's Retail network.

In this role, the HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with the Retail network's Management team, providing valuable advice and support on a range of human resources matters, in a dynamic and evolving work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Retail network Management team to understand their goals and needs related to human resources.
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies that promote effectiveness, employee development, and retention within the network.
  • Promote and enforce HR policies and procedures, as well as compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Provide advisory support to management for human resources issues, such as development initiatives, performance assessments, managing transitions, resolving conflicts, and more.
  • Participate in the recruitment, selection, and hiring of new personnel for the retail network.
  • Support and manage compensation and benefits processes for retail network employees.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of training and development programs tailored for retail network employees.
  • Identify, address, and resolve workplace problems and conflicts while ensuring compliance with laws and human resources procedures.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably within the Retail industry.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Be proficient in HRM and ATS software, showcasing strong command and effective utilization of these tools.
  • Exhibit great communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Display strong organizational abilities, capable of effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • Possess analytical thinking, decision-making skills, and problem-solving capabilities to tackle complex HR challenges.
  • Have the capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and foster a team-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
